It costs like a dollar per bag to buy this one, which is much cheaper than Hoover bags. I noticed that it does perform a bit less than the Hoover in the amount of dirt which is getting sucked in, I don't really understand how a bag could affect that, but I did see this performance drop. But it is quite minimal and the cost saving more than overcomes that.
